The Exposed Pallet 7 was removed by the Canadarm2 and transferred to the Mobile Base System. An EVA was planned to install the new lithium-ion batteries on ISS, but due to the failure of Soyuz MS-10, the EVA was not performed and the pallet remained on ISS after HTV-7 was released with an empty cargo. The pallet was eventually moved temporarily to the Japanese Exposed Facility.
