Starship S31
Ship 31 and Booster 13 were successfully launched as part of Flight Test 6 on Nov 19, 2024. The Superheavy Booster 13 was planned to be caught by the tower’s chopsticks but aborted the attempt to return to launch site for an ocean splashdown instead.
Ship 31 successfully reentered at daylight in the Indian Ocean near Australia. A stuffed banana served as a Zero-G indicator, becoming Starship’s first payload.
