STS-129 Payload / ULF-3 Space Shuttle Atlantis was launched on Nov 16, 2009 on its penultimate voyage on a mission to the ISS carrying the first two Express Logistics Carriers with multiple ORU's (Orbital Replacement Units). These carriers are the ELC-1 and ELC-2, which occupied most of the payload bay and were left at the ISS for an extended duration. ELC-1: The top deck consists of a Control Moment Gyro (CMG), Latching End Effector (LEE), Battery Charge/Discharge Unit (BCDU), Plasma Contactor Unit (PCU). The keel deck consists of an Ammonia Tank Assembly (ATA), Nitrogen Tank Assembly (NTA), and a Pump Module (PM). ELC-2: The top deck consists of a Control Moment Gyro (CMG), Cargo Transport Container (CTC), High Pressure Gas Tank-Oxygen (HPGT), and MISSE-7. The keel deck consists of the Trailing Umbilical System-Reel Assembly (TUS-RA), a Nitrogen Tank Assembly (NTA), and a Pump Module (PM). The ELC-1 was installed on the nadir side (bottom) of the P3 truss and the ELC-2 was installed on the zenith (top) outer side of the S3 truss. The EVA's on this mission involved placing other hardware on the ISS, such as moving the SASA antenna away from the payload bay into the Z1 truss as a spare part. The HPGT Oxygen tank was moved from ELC-2 to the Quest Airlock as the final location. New cables were placed on top of the Z1 truss preparing the way for a second SGANT antenna which will be brought on a future mission. Other tasks involved setting up antennaes on the exterior of the Columbus Module. Also the FPMU/VSSA was relocated to the P1 truss. This papermodel is available via Paypal only. The details that helped design this model was obtained from NASA site and technical data from Robotics documentation. Enjoy!
