This is the Nova-C Lunar lander from Intuitive Machines named Odysseus lander.
Launch vehicle: Falcon 9 block 5
Launch date: Feb 15, 2024 from KSC, LC-39A
Failure: The spacecraft landed faster than planned on a 12 degree slope that exceeded its design limits. It skidded along the surface, broke one leg and tipped to its side.
